Fashion photographer Aidyn Ahmet lives and works in Almaty, as well as around the world. He was born in Almaty, Kazakhstan, and began photographing at the age of 12, capturing his family, friends, and loved ones. His shift into the world of fashion and style began during his studies at a modeling school, where he trained in runway, photo posing, and acting.

In 2014, his first works as a fashion blogger appeared. Aidyn began shooting street style at fashion weeks such as Milan Fashion Week and Visa Fashion Week Almaty. His lens has captured world-renowned fashion and style icons including Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid, and Gigi Hadid. His works have been published in Vogue Italy, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, BOF Magazine, Forbes, L’Officiel, and other leading glossy publications.

He was also awarded “Photographer of the Year” by MAG Fashion Austria in 2019. Aidyn was the first photographer to follow Kazakhstani celebrities, capturing them in a paparazzi style.

Today, Aidyn photographs popular models, takes part in global fashion weeks, runs his personal blog, and collaborates with major brands. In addition to fashion photography, he is also taking his first steps in painting. In the near future, he plans to hold a solo exhibition featuring both his artworks and photographs.
